Dear HBA Members,

I am honored to serve as the 2024-2026 president of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware County. Together, we form a community driven by a shared passion for the art and science of constructing homes – spaces that hold the power to shape lives, nurture families, and house the dreams of generations to come.

I want to express my gratitude to the former leadership for their dedicated efforts in laying a strong foundation for the HBA. As we transition into this new chapter, I am filled with enthusiasm for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

Our focus for the upcoming term is multifaceted. First and foremost, we will foster a culture of collaboration within our community. Your ideas, experiences, and unique perspectives are the lifeblood of the association. By creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute, we can tap into the collective wisdom of our members, creating a stronger and more vibrant community.

In addition, we are committed to staying engaged in politics that effect building standards and practices through the political action committee. The association will remain committed to advocacy to protect affordable housing. We will continue to give back through the many community service projects we have throughout the year.

As we move forward, let us remember that our association is more than an assembly of professionals – it is a legacy in the making. Together, we will not just build structures but a future filled with creativity, inspiration, and success.
